Biometric login capabilities allow users easy and convenient access to their data. The biometric login options are in addition to traditional login methods (i.e. inputting username and password, or passcodes). Logging in through use of fingerprint or facial recognition alleviates the burden of having to remember passwords and thus, enhances a user’s experience. Choose a Test
The system offers the users the option of choosing from a screen with choices of tests. This is essentially a visual menu they can select from when they want to start a test flow and already have a test in hand. They will be able to navigate to the choose a test screen after they have indicated that they have a test and once they select the test they have in hand, they will be redirected to the register test page that gives the appropriate instructions for the test they chose.
Better user experience since it is a visual approach Ensures users quickly and accurately select the test they have as the tiles provide ease and clarity Client specific need is met with the completion of this feature re: the need to allow their users to access multiple tests. This screen enables the users to have a location where they can indicate which test they are going to start so that the appropriate test kit flow is triggered.
Passcode
The passcode is a user-configurable four-digit code that enables members faster access to the app. Current market of apps that store sensitive data including other healthcare apps as well as banking/financial apps have implemented a pin code feature for security and convenience. HealthCheck will also allow users to re-enter accounts through the use of a pin code to stay aligned with the market.
PDF Test Report
Home Tests taken by members may need to be shared with doctors for various reasons. The simplest form of sharing is by allowing a member to download a PDF version of the report so that it can be either printed or shared electronically by the member.
Rx Delivery Option
We offer more than one option to the members so they can choose based on their preference. Some members may want to have a rapid delivery For others, it may just be fine to go for a pickupAsk the member with an approved Care Plan (that includes a prescription) how they want the prescription to be fulfilled Pickup at a local pharmacy Delivered with Door Dash Allow a configurator to activate the Rx Fulfillment options available to the members in the tenant
Schedule Lab Appointment
Even as the Pandemic becomes Endemic there will still be a need to control the virus and a need for testing. We want to support this by making the scheduling of an appointment for a COVID test a fast and efficient process. We recognize that different approaches will be taken by different organizations hence the inclusion of configurability to allow the function to be enabled/disabled for members. We provide the users with an accurate list of sites where they are able to schedule an appointment at a QUEST location. Allow Member to find nearest locations for lab testing. Present member with available times and dates for an appointment. Allow member to schedule the appointment. Member receives reminders and can reschedule the appointment.
Skip Instructions
This function, when configured, allows a member using the app for testing to skip steps, particularly those with a timer function. This is in order to allow those members who have taken tests in the past and know how to do so to go at their own pace.
