Health Record
The health record service allows information to be formulated into standard health record formats. This service can be used to transform data entities and project them stereographically from one format to another for storage as well as transmission.
Services in SafeCDx as well as external partners can send events to Health Record service with information that need to be formatted into health records.

The service also allows APIs to persist the formatted data to specialized health record stores such as Google Cloud Healthcare datastores using the Cloud Healthcare API.
