Systems of Engagement
A system of engagement is any system our customers or participants use to communicate or otherwise interact with us. All of our systems of engagement must be as “close” to the customer as possible. Meaning, it must be fast and responsive. If a customer or participant ask a question of a system of engagement, that system should not take seconds or minutes to respond. Systems of engagement must also not complicate a customer or participant’s life. We must ensure we design the system in such a way as to reduce the number of clicks to accomplish a task or have a question answered.
