Real-time access from Test Kits and Medical Devices, and their interaction with Electronic Health Records (EHRs)

The Connected Test system involves the interoperability of different test kits with the SafeCDx systems like Electronic Health Records (EHRs), medical devices, and real time access to test results which can inform healthcare outcomes for the users.

The use of Computer Vision and Machine Learning (CV/ML) will allow our system to extract and process accurate data from test kits on the approved list.

The underlying goal would be to ensure data accuracy and integrity from the moment a user starts their testing experience to the moment the data reaches the healthcare providers so that they are able to make informed decisions about the user’s care plan.

Connected Test refers to the management of Test Kits that can be sent to Patients, which provide the Diagnostics capability of the SafeCDx Platform.

Connected Test System allows the users to submit and list connected tests. Connected tests definitions are maintained using registry. Connected test contains the logic and information for automated workflow through the system. Connected test definition contains (GUID, Official Name, Capture Methodology, FDA Certification, Code & Nomenclature, Smart Contracts, and Instructions for User (IFU).

 Features

 Test Criticality

Description missing.

 Test Definition

Manage the Test Kits themselves that we could ship to Patients: Their description, type, LOINC code, vendor information, instructions for executing them, etc.

 Definition

This component refers to the definition or specification of the Connected Test system. It outlines the requirements, functionality, and standards that need to be followed to ensure interoperability between different test kits and the OpenCDx systems ecosystem.

 Definition

The Connected Test Lab Connector serves as a connection point between the Connected Test system and external test laboratories. It enables the integration and interoperability of the system with these laboratories, allowing seamless exchange of data and test results between the Connected Test system and the labs.

 Definition

The neural connector acts as an interface or bridge between different components within the Connected Test system. It facilitates the communication and exchange of data between the various components.

 Definition

This component is responsible for connecting and integrating the Connected Test system with the data storage infrastructure. It enables the secure and efficient storage of test results and related data, ensuring accessibility and appropriate management of the information generated by the tests.

 Inventory

Connect to Manufacturers of Test Kits to retrieve their inventory, serial numbers, and the like.

 Neural Predictor

The neural predictor is another machine learning component that utilizes neural networks to predict or estimate certain outcomes or parameters based on the test results. It can analyze the data from the tests and make predictions about potential healthcare outcomes or specific metrics relevant to the users.

 Neural Protector

The neural protector component focuses on ensuring the security and privacy of the data within the Connected Test system. It employs machine learning techniques to identify and mitigate potential security risks, such as unauthorized access or data breaches, to protect sensitive information.

 Neural Classifier

Computer Vision / Machine Learning (CVML) capabilities of the SafeCDx Platform to get the Test Results, simply by a Patient taking a picture of a completed Test.
